Shipping

We'll provide the shipping details once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the package. If you require expedited production or shipping, please let us know - additional fees may apply.

Where are these shipped from?

The prints and framed pieces are all produced in the USA in Anaheim, California or Louisville, Kentucky. The printer specializes in producing high-quality giclée art prints on either specially treated canvas or archival paper, using skilled personnel to ensure a superior final product.​

​Are all shipping costs are included in the listed price?

I tried to make ordering inclusive with no surprises. Standard ground shipping is included, anywhere in the USA including Alaska, Hawaii.

How is it shipped?

Framed artwork is carefully packed and shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, whichever method is most suitable. Unframed prints are typically rolled and shipped in a protective tube via USPS.

What about shipping outside the continental USA?

We are working on this. Please submit an inquiry through the Contact Me tab we can see what we can do based where it will be shipped to.

 

What if my art arrives damaged?

We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact.
However, if the canvas should be damaged upon arrival, please email us through the
Contact Me tab with pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

What is the Cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to request changes or a cancellation, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order so we can accommodate your needs. After this 24-hour window, your order will go into production and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. Because each art piece is carefully custom-made just for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once the production process has started. We hope you understand the care and attention that goes into every order, and we are always here to answer any questions you might have about your purchase.

What is the Replacement policy?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to arrange a complimentary replacement for you. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re committed to making sure you receive your art in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer support team is always available to assist you.
